From past few days i am facing a problem with netbackup 7, and this is affecting the regular backup window.
this error seems to be related to drive cleaingin. our infra a total of 4 d...
Does the cleaning cartridge have any cleanings left? If it is expired, or if you have reset the number of available cleanings within Netbackup, it might be that the robot knows the cartridge is used up but NetBackup does not. Maybe try a fresh cleaning tape.
