Need help for nbdeployutil download

I need help to download nbdeployutil. i have found TN: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH148678. it says that i have to install attached exe into my master server. i fiund that it is EEB bin...
Strange that - my 7.0.1 calculator was NB_7.0.1_ET2271100_1 so it must have changed.
Try running:
eebinstaller.2391770.10.AMD64.exe -extractonly
This will extract the files from the executable into appropriate folders - you can then copy the nbdeployutil to the admincmd directory
