Sharepoint Farm keys not generating?

Guys,  I have followed the following technote, command runs successfully but the keys are not generating.. any idea why? http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH20375...

    update:

    after spending couple of days with support we finally managed to get the issue resolved. 

    SPSWrapper00 logs:

    [0f98] 07/20/14 19:02:40      General Information:
    System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Directory \\localhost\c$ does not exist or the SQL Server service account and the IX\netbackup service account do not have permission to read or write to the backup folder.

    making that share which is \\backendserver\c$ visible from FEWS resolved the issue.

    Ran the bpresolver command mentioned in that technote and keys got generated.

    FYI - Exclusion

    ERR - failure reading file: Microsoft SharePoint Resources:\Shared Services\Shared Services Applications\PowerPoint Service Application/Metadata

    ERR - failure reading file: Microsoft SharePoint Resources:\Shared Services\Shared Services Proxies\PowerPoint Service Application Proxy/Proxy

    If you have certain services that are not configured such as above you can exclude them. make sure you select and add that certain object in backup selection list to collect the exact path and then copy that whole path (including long key string without any \* in the end.)
