Recommendation required Upgrading NBU from V8.1.2 to V9.X.X best Stable version in VCS cluster

Dear Expert's,

We would like to upgrade NBU V8.1.2 hosted in Redhat cluster with Infoscale Cluster solution, We have heavy & critical workloads, can you suggest which is the stable version we should be moving for smooth operations with VCS.

    Hi Jas262 

    There aren't many choices for supported stacks. Review the software compatibility matrix and determine what version of InfoScale can be supported (basically only 7.4.x depending on NBU version). 

    Then work backwards with your current setup. You may need to upgrade InfoScale first before looking to upgrade NetBackup.
