rman problem with Netbackup 6.5.6

Do not know much about Oracle DBA.
He has a policy for the bank online (rman) and appears this errorORA-00230:

INF - RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
INF - RMAN-03009: failure of Control File and SPFILE Autobackup command on ch00 channel at 05/24/2012 01:22:45
INF - ORA-00230: operation disallowed: snapshot control file enqueue unavailable
INF - Recovery Manager complete.

    i need more information about you client (OS version, Hardware CPU bit, Oracle Version).

    call your DBA, this an oracle problem in control file.

    Also, create a dbclient log file and post the log.

    Are backups normally successful and this is a once-off or intermittent problem?

    Problem seems to be with overlapping backups.
