Showing Warning as change journal NOT enabled

It is a month later, but this post is still unresolved.

'change journal NOT enabled' is NOT an error or even a warning, It is Info message:

 Info bpbkar32(pid=8460) change journal NOT enabled for <E:\>  

This is perfectly normal because this option is not selected in Client Host Properties.
The Warnings are not related to Change Journal and need to be looked at:

WRN - can't open object: ........ (WIN32 -536805667: Unknown error)

You need to fix Backup Selection as a start.

System State:\
Shadow Copy Components:\

Remove System State from Backup Selection.  

Shadow Copy Components already include System State.
(See NBU Admin Guide I for details about everything included in Shadow Copy Components.)

Can you confirm that the correct installation download was used for W2012 client? 
NB_7.5.0.6.winnt.x64.Client.Win2012.exe 

Let us know what backups look like without System State in Backup Selection.

Select 'Allow Mult. Data Streams' in policy attributes so that separate streams will be generated for E:\ and SCC. Any errors on one of these backup streams will not affect the other.
Do this before next Full backup.

Create bpbkar and bpfis log folders to troubleshoot any further Warnings or Errors.
