SQL Backups are partially successful

Hi Server's OS is Windows 2012. SQL server 2012 is installed in it. NBU Version: 7.6.0.4 Please find below log description regarding the SQL server getting partially successful. 11/18/2015 1...

    Hello,

    you have probably missed Symantec VSS provider installation. See MSSQL Admin Guide:

     

    Symantec recommends that you use the Symantec VSS provider. To truncate logs,

    you must use the Symantec VSS provider to create full VSS backups. The VMware

    VSS provider creates copy-only backups, which cannot be used as a basis to

    truncate logs.

     

    So MS SQL Server does not konow that any full backup was done.
