SSO-max media servers per tape drive
Hello,
Currently about 41 media servers to a shared group of drives, but this is likely to increase.
Is there limit to the number of media servers a tape drive can have?

The Shared Storage Manual does not mention a upper limit. But that does not mean it's advisable. I suggest you contact Symantec regarding the issue
Personally I wouldn't share my drives with more that 4 media servers. I prefer a device config that's easy to debug.
it would be good to get a idea on what other people have got setup with regards to the size of their SSO environments and also any problems encountered
We are setup to share 30 tape drives amongst 24 media servers, but I have created some partioning of resources via stug's.
This has been essential in dealing with nbrb problems with Windows clients.
