Steps to start nbu services

Hello Team,

Basically dont need steps to start/stop nbu services. What i want to know here that if we stopped PBX too then first we need to start PBX service after that rest of daemons or we can also do in reverse?

    Hi
    Pbx is prerequsite... Without nbu wont successfully start.
    You can try it wont hurt

    PBX is the service that opens port 1556, and netbackup depends on this port for many serices,  so you should start PBX before you start netbackup services if you are looking for clean service start up with no issues 

    even if you start netbackup without PBX, it is not fully functional Netbackup, be prepare to see the issues.

      Be aware some other veritas products also use pbx - so stopping it may impact those products.
