the restore failed to recover the requested files(5)
Hi all,
I have just had a server failure & need to restore data to another Win 2003 Server & I'm receiving the following status with an incomple job:
"the restore failed to recover the reque...
- It transpires that it was an incorrectly set pass phrase set via the BPKEYUTIL when this specific policy was set by someone before my time over 2 years ago.
Fortuently I managed to tak a wild stab in the dark & set the key on my Master Server & as I type data is being restored.
Thanks for everyones input & I hope no one else encounters this issue.
