    I assume you are asking for 7.6

     

    for 1 &2

    currently no,Support for vsphere 5.5 will be added in future NB releases

    for 3

    Esxi 5.5 and higer version of Vceneter 5.5 are currently not in NBU support

if you are looking for 5.X.. Vspear 5.1 is supported by netbackup 7.5.0.4.

but 5.5. is not yet supported.. and time frame is also not yet specified..

probably symatec employe or Partnar  can give an estimation ...
