What's NetBackup Web Management Console?
Sounds a like stupid question, but what's " NetBackup Web Management Console"?
What's its URL, and how to configure/start the web service?
I can't find any detailed document about it from Veritas.
I know NetBackup Appliance Web Console, but it's different.

Short answer: It's for certificant managment. It's not intended for user logon as a Web console. It is, unfortunately, named the NetBackup Web Management Console service in Windows, with a similar daemon name in Unix and Linux.
