I want to change the NBU 7.0.1 master console to Chinese language, but I can't find the add-on product...
Did you install from 7.0 (chinese) media?
I believe if you install from 7.0 media (chinese) and then apply the pack that should do it.

If you have installed English version, you can download Language Pack from FileConnect:

Select 'English' on 1st page, then enter your serial number.
The following list will be displayed:

(Yeah, I couldn't find it either. The Japanese and French ones seem to come up fine during searches, but not this one. I'll try to find out why that is.)
