Windows Full system restore

Question

Hello Experts,Original server crashed, we buil d new client server with same name and ip address and with same OS and patch version. Post that we installed same NBU client version.After installation we performed C:\ drive restore( completed successfully).Post C:\ drive restore we executed system state restore that too completed successfullyAfter restore both ( C and system state) we rebooted the server but unfortunately server was not came UP, getting below error&nbsp;&nbsp;

Is hardware the same ? As the very same hardware ?
If the boot hardware isn't the same, Windows will fail to start, because device drivers doesn't match the hardware.
