I have issue with SAAS Backup trial

HI community!

I´m unable to login (yeah i tripple checked password) after trial period to my M365 SAAS account 
neither password reset seems to work at all. 

Called to support but they refused to help.
SAAS is exellent product but support not in same level 

Could some one assist?
