SFWHA-6.0.2 install on Windows 2012 fails

Hi

Any advice

Error when installing SFWHA-6.0.2 on Windows Server 2012.

The process connot access the files because it is being used by another process.

Failed to copy files. Please check your network connection.

I did all the basic trouble shooting. Network fine, open all TCP port on  the firewall etc

    Hi

    It was the Antivirus that blocked the install.

    After unloading Office Scan the install completed successfully

    Hi Marius,

    If you are asking the installer to install on 2 machines then this might be where the error is coming from. If you do not have admin rights on both nodes this can happen. You can try to install on each machine seperately.
