Data1.cab files 32 k 64 bit

I am using sir to backup and restore windows 7 virtual machines. After the install we noticed 2 large data1.cab files 32 bit and 64 bit. What are these files used for and can I safely remove them?

 

Backup and Recovery
SSR 2013
System Recovery
Windows 7

    These files are used if you want to push the install of SSR on to a remote machine.

    Correction, I am using system recovery 2013. Also attached is a snip of the actual files and location Ssr installed them to.
