Installing Veritas System Recovery without restart the server

Hi All,My customer need to backup their entere server with the operating system and the data but they can 't restart the server, is it possibe to install Veritas System Recovery without restarting the computer? The server is Windows 2012 Server R2Thank you very much in advance.Best regards,&nbsp; &nbsp; Luisa
