Symantec System Recovery uninstaller

You should be uninstalling using the Windows Control Panel.

yes that is the same file. The 2011 works also for uninstall SSR 2013

For SSR 2011 you can use the article but if you are using SSR 2013 you will have to open support ticket as the file is no more shared. The technician should assit you with the uninstallation.
