10.0 upgrade

I received 2 different invitations numbers and each one has different options.

Also, I purchased 10 IDR licenses and 7 remote agents for 9.1 last July. These were not in either invitation. So I called up my vendor and they told me it was a retail purchase and Veritas wouldn’t have a record of the purchase.

So, can I combine both invitations, and also add the 10 IDR and 7 remote agents to one invitation?

    Hello



    It seems that you are referring to license number(invitation number). If you need to protect 10 remote servers using IDR options then you need to have 10 remote agents on those servers for protecting them using IDR.

    I already had additional remote agent licenses so I dont need any more for IDR. My question is why Veritas does not have this IDR/Remote agent purchase in their system to offer the options in a 10.0 upgrade and is it possible to add these options and combine both of my existing invitations into one invitation/license number.
