AOFO: Initialization failure

Hi,
  I am having a problem getting BE to take backups of a particular server. This is the only server affected in this way.

Running the latest 10.x agent and the firewall settings have been double checked etc.

The error is:

AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\90MINUTE\C:". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
VSS Snapshot error. The Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) snapshot provider that you selected cannot snap this volume. Select the default snapshot provider, and then run the job again.

The service has been restarted etc, but still no joy. Any help appreciated.
