B2D Strategy Qs

I am using BE v9.1 for NetWare.

I have been experimenting with B2D features and have a strategy question.

If I backup to disk and then backup the B2D folder to tape, can I restore from that tape in the event of a disk failure? Or, do I have to restore to the B2D folder and then restore from the B2D folder to original locations?

Also, is there a KB document that can assist me in implementing various B2D strategies?

    You would need to restore the B2D folder from tape and then restore your data from the B2D folder.

    I'd recommend that you look at the admin guide for notes on B2D - I do not know of any specific TechNote's that talk about B2D strategies.
