Backing up MSDE
How can I setup Backup Exec 9.1 Windows Server to remotely backup a Windows 2000 Pro that is running MSDE. I would like to backup the open database files.

- Hello,
To be able to backup any remote system, you need to install the Remote Agent on it. If the system is a workstation...then you need not have to have license of Remote Agent. But to backup any server system, you need to have a Remote Agent license.
