Backup Exec 11d 7170 SP2 Installation Error

I keep getting an error while trying to install SP2 for Backup Exec 11d on my Windows 2003 R2 x64 Server. Below is the error that I get from the log file. I do not know why \\\E$\Databases is even being referenced because the Backup Exec Database is stored in the default location on the C drive. I have tried killing the SQL services to see if that would fix the problem but it did not. There seems to be a reference in some file or something that is pointing to the \\\E$\Databases locations.

I have previously had Backup Exec 10.1 installed on the server in it's default directories but I uninstalled that version together with MSDE2000 and removed the directories before installing 11D
