Device Paused

I just recently started using Veritas Backup Exec that has been installed here at work but was not being used. I have a Dell PVT132T tape backup system and worked with their tech support to get everyt...

    1) You should check that your tape drive is support by your version of BE

    2) If it is, then install the Symantec drivers for the device.  Go to Tools --> Wizards --> Device Configuration Wizard to install the drivers.
