Exchange 2003 Recovery Storage Group

Hi, I've looked through all the documentation and it sounds like if I do a restore to an Exchange 2003 server it should put the data in the recovery storage group. This isn't happenning though. It's trying to write over my active storage Group. Anyone know how to restore a backup of the mailbox store to the recovery storage group??

    Hi George,

    To successfully recover the Mailbox Store to the Recovery Storage Group on the Exchange Server, make certain that the Recovery Storage Group has been created and that the Mailbox Store has been added to it.
