Gone Back to NTBACKUP for Exchange
After not having a complete week where my Exchange server backed up successfuly since I went to 11d a year ago, I've deceided my best bet is to use NTBACKUP. Two days in a row and two sucessful backups, its a beautiful thing. My support contract is due next month, I wonder if it is time to move on to something else.
My latest error was the most serious I had seen. The backup would run from 10 mintes to 2 hours and then the adminsitrative console would crash and I would get a Windows Error. When I start the console again is says the job failed, did not have have any run time nor any data backed up. Even though it might have run for 2 hours and backed up 20GB/
