Intelligent Disaster Recovery Wizard Not Creating ISO Image Files

I'm trying to create bootable CD ISO image files using the IDR wizard.

I get through the wizard fine, but when I get to the step to actually create the files, it doesn't do anything. No files are created.

Any ideas?

    I already knew how to run through the wizard. It isn't working.

    The wizard isn't creating the ISO image.

    Ended up calling Veritas regarding inability to install SP2. They walked me through manually installing and reinstalling the software.

    Now everything works.
