Job Stalling/Freezing on System?State

Since my upgrade three weeks ago I cannot get a Full backup to finish. I have 16 servers and when it get to around 3/4 of the way done. The job will freeze on System?State of a server (which is random, one time it will work on the server it froze up on before, but get stuck on the next one), I have tried changing my resource order or if I backup that server directly works fine. Updated the tape drives and library firmware, I see this error in the System Log:

Anyone have any Idea's for a fix or the same problem? I have been on the phone with Symantec over a dozen times each time we "try" something new, but still the issue stands.
