Message when backing up Exchange

I'm getting this message in my job log after my incremental backup, advance file option is not selected but process logical volumes for backup one at a time is selected but greyed out. I cannot deselect this option. In the full backup this is not selected, both jobs have the identical selections including the exchange server.

here is the message im getting
AOFO: Started for resource: "\\MAIL\Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
The following volumes are dependent on resource: "C:" .
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume C: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).
Note: Backup Exec did not perform a snapshot of all volumes simultaneously because the option 'Process logical volumes for backup one at a time' was selected as a backup job property.

    Thanks
  • Hi,

The option Process logical volumes for backup one at a time enables the backup of multiple volumes in one job, while creating a snapshot of only one logical volume at a time. To ensure database integrity, or if a volume contains mount points, multiple volumes may need to be snapped at one time.
