Migrating from 9.x to 10.0

Hi,
I am building a new Win2k3 std server. I will be installing BE 10.0 on this server. Is there a way to migrate all of my catalogs, media sets, job definitions, etc. from the old (Win2k) BE server to the new Win2k3 server?
