Powerloader Library won't unlock

We have purchased an Overland Powerloader library, when I attempt to unlock the library from the library I get a message that the magazine is locked. I am running Backup Exec 9.1 with SP2. I resort to turning off the power to the libraryand the library will then perform an unlock.

    Hello Joseph,

    Have you tried to unlock the library from the Backup Exec GUI? If not you can try the steps mentioned in the technote given below:

    You can additionally use the command line appelet for the lock/unlock operations. Refer to the follwing technote for more instructions on the same:
