Restoring Exchange mailbox (not using GRT)

I am having problesm restoring an exchange 2007 mailbox (not using GRT)

 

I keep getting these messages

Final error: 0xe00002fe - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.
Final error category: Resource Errors

I've tried using varions accounts including the backup service account usind with backupexec.

And this one whn I change some settings.

no matter what I try I cant get ti to restore

using backup exec 2010.
