Unable to Restore or View all Mailboxes from Tape.

I installed Veritas Backup Exec 11D and the Exchange component about 2 months ago.

 

The backups have been running fine until about 2-3 weeks ago.

 

The Job history shows that the Job ran through fine but when i try and do a restore I cannot view all of the mailboxes on the server. I also cannot view any of the public folders.

 

If i run a test backup to disk i can see all of the mailboxes and public folders in the restore option.

 

But if i run exactely the same job to tape I cannot see all of the mailboxes and public folders.

 

I am unable to see any error messages relating to this in the event logs or backup exec.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
