Vulnerability in Backup Exec 9.1 ndmp agent gain access

I'm looking for a patch for the Backup Exec npmp agent gain access vulnerability. My version is unpatched and allows a remote attacker to access the Network Data Management Protocol (NDMP) agent using built-in authentication bypass account to gain access to arbitrary files.
Standard associated with that vulnerability is (CAN-2005-2611)
