With GRT, "Database was not found, or could not be accessed."

BE 11d 7170 SP2 with Exchange agent, Exchange 2003 EE SP2. Starting a few days ago, receive this message during backup of one of the server's 2 Storage Groups: Database was not found, or...

Has anybody tried Mike's option? Has it worked? We're having the exact same problem and we need a fix, pronto.
