can not run diff backup after a full backup via SBE 2010r3

i run a full backup today via SBE 2010r3. After it completed, i run a differential backup at once, but the SBE shows the backup exec agent was not used to create he last full, diff,and log backup of this dataase.

 

I checked all recource, there is no any missing.

 

what happend ?

    Did you try to narrow down to which resource it is pointing to that error, SQL, Exchange?

    hi ,

    this is in product environment, i can not narrow down the recource range.

     

    It is ms SQL backup
