Hi Mike,
That is what baffled me. Yes, I did received other intermittant messages but just one off for successful, completed with exception and failed. It seems to have a mind of its own. While before and after received those message, I have jobs failed, successful as well as completed with exception.
I had also check the alert tabs they are all yes to enabled and send notification.
I have also done many time - delete the receipients and recreated the receipients.
It used to happen to 9.1 but I have client who is on 10.d started experience the same thing but I don't get much feedback which would help to resolve the case. I was joking with one of the reply, it might be a business decision that such situation happen so users has to upgrade to a newer version.
