OWA extension for not uninstalling from Front End Server

I have upgraded from EV v5 to EV v7Sp1.  The Exchange servers are 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003
 
I am trying to uninstall the EV 5 front end extensions for OWA using the following command.
 
cscript frontend2003setup.wsf /remove
 
The script does not uninstall but just re-installs.  The install location for the v5 2003 scripts is c:\program files\enterprisevault and not c:\program files\enterprisevault\owa.
 
Has anyone encountered this before.

    Using the /remove switch doesn't always remove all of the files, but does unregister the extensions on the server.  There are some files/folders that need to be removed manually.  Please thorougly read the "How to uninstall Enterprise Vault (EV) Outlook Web Access (OWA) extensions" article on the support site located at http://support.veritas.com/docs/284060.  I hope this helps!
