Backup Linux 2.6 in to the master server

Hi all experts,
 
I am backing up our linux home server to the netbackup master server. I selected client option in policy and then OS type from the drop down menu. My question is do i have to configure anything within the linux homeserver so that it can talk to the netbackup master server or i do not need to do nothing as i have already installed the client into the master server. Please give me some feedback.

    Just as you would with any other Client. Simply:

    1)   Install client software on Client;

    (I believe from a previous thread that you've already put the software on the Master)

    2)   Add Client to policy ;

    3)   Ensure Master & Client can see each other ;

    4)   Wait for scheduled backup to commence or manually instigate one ;

    5)   Sit back, put your feet up & watch the world go by :smileyvery-happy:
