PB Login Java console Windows [netbackup 6.5.6]

I have a problem to login java console on windows server

i have a message like , the user is unknow

in the auth.conf, is like this

user_name ADMIN=ALL JBP=ALL

for information the NBAC is not configure

 

have you got any idea ?
