hello, in my case I use the robot  SL150 is up and drive up but i was used the netbackup to detect it cannot ?? how to troubleshooting whereas i was delete the missing path drive from console NetBac...

for this case the troubleshooting :

verify the connectivity between robot and server backup: cabling wrong 

*disconnect and connect cabbages
