How to install System Recovery Option?

I'm supposed to install the System Recovery Option, but I'm not sure how to do it. 

It doesn't install like a 'regular' option... a mssg indicates I need to install the software from a different disc.  But the install guide tells me to use the "Backup Exec System Recovery" product CD, but I don't have one. but All I received were the cd's labeled 'System Recovery Option'. 

Any suggestions?

    You need to register your software on licensing.symantec.com and you can then download any software you are entiled to based on your purchase.
