Outlook 2010 and EV Add-in, hang on startup

    The 1038 client is the early release 9.0.1 client add-in.  Don't use that now.  Use the actual 9.0.1 release client (1073, I think).

     

    We fixed (after I identified) a startup hang between 1038 and 1073 ;-)
