Deleting a Legal Hold Notification
When deleting a Legal Hold Notification, is there a way to disable sending a "release" email to all custodians? This is confusing to users as typically we need to delete a notice to edit what was sent out. Thanks.

Clearwell Discussion View - Messages will not dispay
I have a customer who cannot view messages in the discussion thread view. They tried several case. You select the discussion thread view and it simply spins then nothing but a blank screen. Has anyone seen this before?

Clearwell - How to search just between two email addresses in Collections
Hi! Just purchased Clearwell and are actually starting to use it. I am looking to search just between two email addresses in the collections step. I can't find a way to do it. I can get everything from AND to the email addresses then filter it down in processing but that is WAY more data than I need. I just want to pull everything between two emails/custodians. Anyone know how to do this? thanks!

Clearwell support for Windows 2012
Windows Server 2012 has been out for almost 18 months and the latest version of Clearwell 7.1.5, still doesn't support it. Will Clearwell version 8 run of Server 2012? What are the hardware requirements for Clearwell 8? When will the roadmap/new feature guide for Clearwell 8.0 be released?

Production Run
Our customer is requesting to run a production from CW which will produce copies in PDF without redaction. The idea behind is to get a replica production of "Clean Copy" and "Redacted Copy". This way it becomes easy for customer to review all the original documents and redacted documents in the same order. Any idea on how to export without any redaction. Ajay

Search only the body field - excluding attachments in Clearwell?
I am attempting to only search for keywords in the body of emails (not including attachments). In the pull down box of the "Fields to Search" section, there is no option for a "body" content only search. Is there a way to search only the body content of emails in Clearwell's Advanced Search?
