CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQLqueriesagainst the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. However I am unsure how to link this table back to the IntHotwordID table? Any help is much appreciated.1.6KViews0likes2CommentsReport for items reviewed by a reviewer in CA
Hi , I have a requirement to prepare a report on total no of items reviewed, pending and questioned for one employee in compliance accelerator. I checked the inbuilt CA report " Evidence of exchange(internal) review by employee " , but it displays all the columns as "0". Later, I came to know that CA report only displays messages from random sampling and not from immediate or scheduled searches and review. Is there any otherway to getthis report?Solved2.1KViews4likes4CommentsEV CA 10.0.4 - A report of "hotword" hits is desired
Greetings, Recently one of our business units has requested that we provide them a report where we can target specific hotwords, each which are part of larger "Hotword Sets" to try and determine which ones are occurring more often than others using an actual report rather than using an anectdotal "well it seems like there are a lot of those" approach. Becuase the hotwords are highlighted in each of the emails, I would think that there would be a way to query SQL and pull this information for a given date range. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Many thanks. RKSolved1.5KViews1like2CommentsEvent ID 405 when trying to run reports in Compliance Accelerator
