Reporting on user fails to bulk add users in Data Insight

Is there a flag to add all found users? Is this a bug or assumption that a large enterprise does not have >1 user with the same name? Is there a known workaround to add the users to the report in bulk? Pix

APTARE Consumption Reporting for NBU Accelerator-enabled Policies
We Use NBU 812 and 82 as well as APTARE reporting. We also use quite a few Acclereator enabled policies. With NBU accelereator, all increnmetnal jobs are reported as a full: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100038344 Thus, when APTARE picks up this data for consumption, it completely skews the data - since its picking up every incr. as a full image size... And while APTARE certainly has theaccelereator bytes sent filed that I can add to a job summary, the canned consumption report does not take this into considreation nor can you really modify it to add the accelreator bytes sent as the consumption... this it takes every job's incr size as the full and the consumption is way overblown because of the use of acclerator... What SHOULD be happening is a global option in NBU itself (under master server properites) to report Acclereator incrs as the incremtnal size / bytes transfered (nbu just converts the backup into what would be the actual incr size) thus APTARE or any other reporting tool does not have to care about it being Acclerator enabled or not) but this sadly does not exist, so you have to use the reporitng tool to covnert it for you.... So, for any other APTARE users out there, how have you delt with consumption for accelreator enabled policies? Anyone have a report they wouldn't mind sharing?

I am attempting to edit the bucket size for a data aging report. The default is 48 months but I would like to runreports where the bucket size is 24 and 36 months.

Data Insight - report.exe
Hello, I seem to be having an issue running the data againg report within Data Insight. Every time I run this report it fails. I had a call with tech support and they mentioned the report.exe keeps crashing. They are currently looking into it, but I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else is has has this issue in the past. DQL Report does not output to 1 file 5.0.1
I am using DI 5.0.1 and I am not able to have the DQL report to output to 1 single file. Is anyone else having this issue? I have a DQL query and when I am pulling some of the AD Attributes, it will separate the files. I even have put 'format user AS csv' at the end and it still puts it into multiple files. From user get name, principal_name, login, Home_directory, Department If Home_Directory not in ('nowhere') format user AS CSV; Please help!

How to change report schedule on mass ?
Hi, I have a Data insight 5.0 system with several hundred scheduled reports whichwe need to change the time that they run. Is there a way of changing the report schedules on mass via the command line, i.e. reportcli or sqlite; or do we needto editthe schedule for each reportindividually through the GUI? Export Rules from Discovery Accelerator
We have a large number of rules in disocvery accelerator and would like to export them out as ether html, *.csv or *.xls Is there a way to do this using the console or a SQL query? Thanks

Report of Data Insight Users
Hi, Apology this question is related to internal tables rather than DQL, but hopefully someone on here may be able to help. I need to create an automated report or script that captures a list of the Data Insight users and their respective roles to enable regular reviews of who has access to the data insight console. We currently have a manual process using the GUI, but need to move to an unattended solution that captures this information, merges it with other records and submits the final report to an access management system where access to the Data insight console is reviewed and if necessary revoked. Data Insight config.db has a table called “matrixuser” which contains details of the user accounts such as thier login and domain names, and a table called “role” which contains details of all the roles that are available in Data Insight --- but I can’t find anything that shows which users have been assigned to which roles. Does anyone know how or where to find this Kind regards Phil.

CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQLqueriesagainst the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. However I am unsure how to link this table back to the IntHotwordID table? Any help is much appreciated.
