CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQLqueriesagainst the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. However I am unsure how to link this table back to the IntHotwordID table? Any help is much appreciated.1.6KViews0likes2CommentsCompliance Accelerator Training Material
I have a client who is new to using Compliance Accelerator and is looking for some training material. Can someone point me to some online training material, a book, or even Symantec classes? They are currently using CA 9.0.4 if that makes a difference.Solved722Views0likes2CommentsCA Review - Group by Subject - What is Sort Order or Hierarchy

I have a user who needs to export a selection of email for an auditor. That or provide them access to compliance accelerator to do their own review. I'd much rather just be able to export a collection of emails. Can anyone provide me some instruction for how to do that? We are using Enterprise Vault 9 and are journaling from a Domino server and use Lotus Notes for email. I spent about 30 minutes digging around in CA and couldn't figure out a way to do this.Solved539Views0likes2CommentsCompliance Accelerator cannot open attachments

I have someone who is complaining that Compliance Accelerator isn't showing all the results it should when they search for email. I was told by someone else that Compliance Accelerator is actually designed to only show a random sampling. That person told me they should use Discovery Accelerator. Now before I spend all afternoon installing Discovery Accelerator I was hoping to find out if there was a way for me to force Compliance Accelerator to NOT show random results but to actually show what was being searched for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Solved1KViews0likes11Comments
