Rename Backup Exec 15 media server
I need to rename a BE 15 media server. Has anyone tried that before? Does it require any special procedures?

No special procedure. Just rename the server and restart the BE services. That's it.
If there is a CASO setup involved then you will need to make servers stand alone before renaming
