how to upgrade ApplicationHA guest componet from 6.2 to 6.2.1

Does any one know how to upgrade how to upgrade ApplicationHA RedHat guest componet from 6.2 to 6.2.1?

In the patch document, it did not mentinon anything how to upgrade ApplicationHA.

 

my question is

 

do we upgrade from inside the guest OS via installer like  ./installmr ?

 

or

 

Upgrade from Symantec HA console via vSphere Client?
